CTET admit card 2021 has been released by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on January 13. The board has released the CTET admit card on the official website of the exam. Candidates can download their CTET admit card 2021 by logging into their registered accounts using the application number and date of birth via direct link. The CTET 2021 admit card has been issued for only those candidates who have successfully submitted the CTET application form.

The revised CTET exam date 2020-21 is out. The teacher eligibility test will be conducted on January 31, 2021. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be conducted on July 5 but was postponed due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country.

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the admit card for CTET 2020-21 exam:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the CTET exam.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab. Click on either of the links:




  • Download Admit Card Link 1
  • Download Admit Card Link 2
  • Download Admit Card Link 3

Step 3: Enter the following details:

  • Application number
  • Date of birth (in Day-Month-Year format)
  • Security pin as visible on the screen

Step 4: Click on Submit.

Step 5: Read the given advisory and click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page.

Step 6: Print the advisory if required or click on the Download Admit Card button.

Step 7: Download and print the CTET hall ticket/admit card.

How to Re-Generate CTET Application Number?

It is possible that candidates forget their application number or password at the time of downloading the admit card. Steps to re-generate the application number/password are mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of CTET.

Step 2: Click on the Login button.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Application Number’ link.

Step 4: Enter the required information.

Step 5: Click on Submit.

On clicking the button, application number/ password will be re-generated.

Documents to Carry along with CTET Admit Card

CTET 2021 admit card is a mandatory document to be carried by candidates to their allotted test centre on the day of the exam. Candidates not carrying their admit card on the exam day might not be allowed to write the paper. However, along with CTET admit card candidates also need to carry a duly-filled self-declaration form that can be downloaded at the time of downloading the admit. Also, candidates need to carry a valid photo ID card on the day of the examination. Valid Photo IDs that can be carried to the CTET exam centre include:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card
  • Voter Identity Card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
