Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to printed books, spiral notes and combo bundles with a printed book. eBooks are delivered online and have no shipping.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners and India Post.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, except holidays).
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer.
Some books are printed on order or shipped by their author; the expected dispatch time is shown on the book’s page.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, or free shipping offers, are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with the courier name and tracking (AWB) number. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page or in My Account → Orders.

Address and delivery

Please give a complete address with PIN code and a phone number the courier can reach.
If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or no one is available, the courier may return the parcel to us. We can resend it after you confirm the details; extra shipping charges may apply.

eBooks

eBooks appear in My Account → My eBooks and in your library right after your payment is confirmed, with an email confirmation. Nothing is shipped.
