Big question arises on India’s justice system, why the justice is always delayed and sometimes forgiven to culprit. Is the pain of victims being not enough to claim justice if not then why sec 64 of BNS (Bhartiya Nyaya Sahita)
Some critics of India’s justice system in rape cases include allegations of delayed decisions, resulting in prolonged legal proceedings. Some argue that rape victims do not receive timely justice and struggle to obtain the appropriate legal redress. Additionally, some feel that rape victims are not treated with empathy and often face societal stigma. Moreover, there is a perception that the legal system lacks prompt action in rape cases, leading to inadequate justice for the victims. These are all issues that highlight the need for improvements in the justice system.
Let’s look on some other similar cases…,

In India, there have been several high-profile cases where justice was delayed
Another example is the Bilkis Bano case, where Bilkis Bano, a survivor of the Gujarat riots in 2002, was gang-raped and witnessed the murder of her family members.
